Concrete Plant Automation
What is Concrete Plant?
The plants where ready-mixed concrete components such as cement, water, sand, gravel, crushed stone and aggregate are stocked, mixed in certain amounts, and where ready-mixed concrete is produced and filled in transmixers are called "concrete plants".
How does a concrete batching plant work?
It is one of the most curious questions how concrete plants produce as a result of working. How does a concrete batching plant work? First, let's start with what materials concrete is made of. In order to produce ready mixed concrete, components such as stone, gravel, sand, cement, water and additives are needed. When all these components are combined, they are mixed in a certain amount in concrete plants and ready-mixed concrete is obtained upon completion of the production process. The delivery process takes place by means of these concrete transmixers obtained. In the concrete plant, the automation of the concrete plant has a great importance in the efficient operation of the plant.
Concrete plant automation
The materials we use in our automation systems (PLC and Switchgear) are Siemens or equivalent. With Scada system, manual or automatic operation, calibration, failure reporting, recipe, report, dispatch note and similar operations can be done on the computer. Production and shipment information can be recorded in the database in the system.

Betonmatik Concrete plant automation
Carrying out automatic and manual production processes with computer, Betonmatik, Ready-Mixed Concrete Plant Automation System, Concrete Plant provides the operator with user-friendly ease of use.
Betonmatik Concrete plant is a professional ready-mixed concrete plant automation program prepared for scada program, controlling and controlling the whole system via computer, and Concrete plant, archiving production data.
With the scada program of Betonmatik Concrete Plant, automatic and manual production can be made on the computer, the necessary shipment information and production details are recorded in the database, and production reports and dispatch printouts can be obtained from the printer.
In order to perform the control operations of the Concrete Plant with a computer, a communication connection must be made between the computer and the PLC. For this, communication cable between Computer and PLC is used. Communication settings must be made correctly in the Scada program to ensure communication.
Regarding the use of the production system, it is sufficient to carry out the communication with the computer in order to perform the recipe and production quantity adjustment operations on the production page and to monitor the system operation via scada in addition to the parameter settings and calibration processes.
There is no need for PLC connection in order to carry out the operations related to the customer, tools, material supply information required for production records other than the system usage and the information recorded in the database of the past productions.

In the above figure, the system connection of Betonmatik Concrete plant automation is shown. In this connection, PC-PLC TCP / IP (ETHERNET), PLC-INDICATOR MODBUS RS-485 line is communicated. PLC-CONCRETE CONTROL PANEL is communicated with MODBUS RS-485 line.
